The Full Story
Teubert delivered 1 unit of their 1HP 120/30 CCM machine to a Chinese company in Oct., 2021, due to Covid-19 restrictions, their service experts could not come to fly to China for the machine start-up.
We successfully installed the machine and completed the start up, their customer was very happy about this innovative practice. We worked together with Teubert through AR devices and Teamviewer, just like we were working at a same factory. although it was the first time for us to work on their machine, they have real-time communication with us, there was no possibility that we could make mistakes.
After 4 weeks remote collaboration, we successfully signed the final acceptance with their customer.
